The BluetoothRemoteGATTDescriptor.writeValue()
method sets the value property to the bytes contained in
an ArrayBuffer and returns a Promise.
Syntax
BluetoothRemoteGATTDescriptor.writeValue(array[]).then(function() { /* ... */ })
