Range.isPointInRange()

The Range.isPointInRange() method returns a boolean
indicating whether the given point is in the Range. It returns
true if the point (cursor position) at offset within
ReferenceNode is within this range.
Syntax
bool = range.isPointInRange( referenceNode, offset )
